You can also grill some veggies on the grill ...asspargus, corn, eggplant etc....brush with olive oil....
Daddy you want some elegance....sophistication....yet not a real time killer in the kitchen...everything I said can be done ahead of time and or prepared to go except the steak which takes grill time...
Another fantastic desert that is soooooooooo simple yet killer is Bananas Foster....BUtter, Sugar, touch of Cinammon, 2 or 3 Banana split....flame with 151 Rum and serve over ice cream....so easy a Retard could do it..yet is killer...
