Do you guys think these organizations run by magic? I know there are charities that are anything but, but the Red Cross is a pretty good organization. Do you have any idea the scope of command/control/communications/computing that the RC needs to mobilize to deal with a catastrophe? Do you think that "just happens"? That deals with backhaul carriers, hardware vendors, and more importantly, software developers, appear out of thin air?
