200-210 is a guesstimate, but it shouldn't be any less than that. It's a 2.2S with 2.4 crank and rods, MSDS headers and a factory sport muffler. FYI, Bruce Anderson's bible got almost 210 hp out of a stock 2.4S with the sport muffler, and the CR on my engine is significantly higher due to the 2.2S pistons. By the way, all 2.4S's came with mechanical injection. Only the ROW 2.4T engines had carbs by that point in time.
