Hello Chuck! I appreciate your input. I think I figured out how to make it 100% bombproof:
In order for bolt to loosen: nyloc nut must fall off, washer has to fall out and bolt itself has to loosen despite split-washer.
Of course, every dismantling of bolt will need new nyloc nut and split-washer.
