I said she did not "earn" anything...based on your comment that she "earned the right."
Maybe she is just miserable because she and her liberal friends backing the enemy might well have caused her son's death.
As far as solace, the President offered that during his meeting with her. Apparently that is not the type solace she sought. I guess you cannot spend solace at Macys or be feted by the Hollywood elite or be the media darling that way. On the bright side (for her)...it certainly has helped her create a new life and career. She looks and sounds pretty darned happy..except when taking the publicity photos...where she messes up her hair and squeezes out a Bill Clintonesqe crocodile tear.
