Well guys, I'm confused. Back in the O'Reilly vs Donahue thread, Bill O'Reilly was opinion, not fact, and should be taken as such. Now someone at NYT is opinion, not fact, but is being criticised for exaggerating (surely someone like O'Reilly has never done that?).

Fox at very least exercised poor judgement - I remember this:
