These things I know are true;
The failure in Louisiana was largely due to ineffective and corrupt local leadership. The Governor and Mayor, who are democrats, have performed shamefully but will likely suffer no consequences.
President Bush shares little blame for the events in New Orleans, but should rightfully be impeached for his bizarre war in Iraq. He, too, is unlikely to suffer any consequences.
