I do not live in Texas but I seem to remember that the great state of Penn and Rhode Island have their fair share of crooked elected representatives.
People who live in glass houses should not throw rocks or so I have heard...
Also, Ronnie Earle is not actually impartial as well. He is a Democrat and has been after Delay for years now and has had more than enough time to indict him if he had evidence of any wrong doing.
