I know i am going to get flamed but the 959 lost some of it's appeal for me...
To me its lines have dated less gracefully than your regular 911. I used to love it when it came out but I am a little cold right now.
Granted I have never driven one but I wonder if AWD system lessen the driving experience.
To me the car has an incredible value for the technical specs... twin sequential turbos (do not know of any other street car that has done this succesfully), water cooled heads on air cooled engine on street car, permanent intelligent AWD, first street car to get to 200mph (I think PAG stated 197mph officially but it was clearly faster) whilst being able to take you and the kids to the grocery store.
Comparisons with today's cars are a little silly... Then again in the eye of a buyer with $200k to spare...
