Why don't you just stay friends with her? Don't expect anything. If it's meant to be, then it's meant to be...If not, at least you have a good friendship going.
In the meantime, why don't you go out with someone else that you might be interested in. You never know, you might actually like the new girl better.
**This may not apply to everyone, but friends with benefits are NOT for younger people...It's nothing but heartbreak (even when everyone absolutely understands that there's nothing more).
For what it's worth, the best friendships that I have are the ones with my ex-gfs.
