Sure. Carry the employee. Add the costs to the end product. Let the consumer realize they can buy the non-compassionate-child-labor version fro 75% less. In turn have your company outsource all the decent paying jobs to Thailand. After all, those ex-employees can collect compassionate benefits form the government. When they want to know their benefit status they can call a help desk staffed in India.
