Fundamentally, the Cayman S has the largest motor of the mid-engined Porsches (I believe 295hp?) and is significantly stiffer than the convertibles...good as they are. The Cayman S will have just about every "high end" option that any Porsche has...ceramic brakes, their trick suspension system who's anacranym escapes me right now...
Otherwise they're pretty similar, below the beltline of course. Fabulous cars, those mid-engined Porsches. Fabulous cars...
Just about every new magazine coming out will have one in it. They're full of technical mojo...worth checking out!
