I figured he being black would give his opinion greater credibility...One of the most worn out arguments against a white man, like myself, having an opinion about blacks is that "we don't know what it is like to be black."
This quote, by a seemingly forgotten black man (down the memory-hole), really encapsulates what has happened with the Democrat party, as well as the larger part of black leadership.
