Jon, this is not a bad job - just did two of them on my 944s. Go to a good auto parts store that sells auto paint and look for a plastic repair kit - these are two part systems. I used 3M-5895 Plastic Repair. The stuff is not cheap but works great. Mix according to directions and make sure the surface is clean before you apply. The stuff sets in about 30 minutes. I used a good primer like Dupont URO prime which sticks to any thing and the just paint. Sand or file the Plastic repair stuff and then sand the part before priming with 220 wet, and then sand the primer with 400 before paint.
