I just did this yesterday. I think any clay bar will work. I used car wash soap and water as a lubricant. It takes about 5-10 minutes for the entire car. Surface comes out nice and smooth, ready for wax.
If you have stains in the paint, it might take something a little more agressive to remove it, but try the clay bar first.
