All these guys with thier new age wonder machines always site the patent office as their nemesis.
All I gotta say, is the patent office isn't going to stop you from producing this stuff and nobody is going to sue you IF IT REALLY WORKS. In fact they will beat a path to your door.
Your profits will not be as secure, but certainly you would still get rich off of something so revoltionary.
But the hitch is...IT'S GOTTA WORK. Of course, they never do.
