just got this today. it was given to me by my uncle who had it given to him by my father 35+ yrs ago. it was bought new in 1947. made by Craftsman and sold by Sears I guess. Not sure what I'll do with it, not knowing anything about lathes, but might be fun to play around with for a while. it still works fine and I have the manuals, parts lists and a box of extra gears and tools. anyone know anything about it?
