If doing it yourself, I'd suggest making a rough design out of cardboard...then visit a Detroit car wrecking yard & start matching curves...you might find what you're looking for on a crumpled trunk lid corner, a fender curve, wherever. If that panel has been hit, the wrecked-em yard would sell it for next to nothing...
