I don't know how the re-enactment got into this. I think the bottle of tranq was from the surgery experiment on Christian. Remember the anesthesiologist saying she had flushed their present lot numbered supply down the toilet? And that she was going to resign, or that she needed to be put on 'leave'? Christian nips (pardon the pun) that plan in the bud. Says to her to use the same stuff and put me under. I'll tell you if I go completely out.

Remember the tears from Christians' eye as he was with the slasher? Same tears from the slasher vic/surgery girl. She overheard the docs talking about how she was not a real slasher vic while she was supposedly under and out during the pro-bono surgery.

Then again last night, Christian telling Sean that he was aware of what was being said, but was paralyzed (except he could move his fingers), while under with his run in with the slasher.
