I thought the 13th tribe is known as the 'lost' tribe, not the hidden tribe.

I'm hoping that they do eventually find earth - I am really unsure of what era/time frame that we earthlings will be in when they do find us. Will it be medieval times? Modern times? Ancient times? The future? But, like Adama said, if they find Earth, the series is over! And I don't want that!!
