Probably want to repost or have this moved to tech...

There's a screen at the fuel inlet to the dist.; pull this and have a look to see if you've got any rust or sludge. (and clean it of course)

There are also screens within each cylinder's banjo fitting atop the dist.; again pull, check, clean.

Dont know how access is on the 911 units, but if you pull all the cylinder lines at the dist. then jump the relay to energize the pump, you can then just slightly lean on (pull up?) the air plate and observe if the flow is even from the dist itself; keep some rags handy, and this also works to "zero" the mixture adjustment.

Last thing I can think of is that there may be some debris in the control slit to that cylinder; you'd have to pull the dist. and remove the piston to clean it out.
