Sorry to bring everyone down but I recently had too cut down ALOT on my coffee habit. I had a complete physical and found I have high blood pressure. Stress mixed with too much coffee is most likely the cause. I cut down to two-three cups of caffeine a day and it has dropped my pressure down to normal. Taking a pill each day too but the doc said the coffee cutdown made the most dramatic effect. Ok, I was consuming around 12-20 cups a day but that had nothing to do with it.
