Cafe Lusso in Redmond gets my thumbs-up.
They roast some of the coffee for Trade Joes (regionally). It's a mostly smallish roasting operation .. .a bit of a hole in the wall, over by the Mac & Jacks brewery. . . but geez does that guy make some outstanding coffee.

"Balance" is apparently the key. If you want a cappuccino, he uses one type of coffee, Americano, another ...

Anyways, you know how coffee always seems to smell better than it taste? . ..there it tastses as good (or better) than it smells.
