The studs and nuts are all still there, the exchanger has separated from two of the pipes bolted to the heads.
I might try to weld them without removing anything.
I have a spare exchanger I could fit but I don't want to break any studs as the car is my daily driver, although four of the nuts would be easy to get at.
I suppose total sealing isn't vital, I just don't want to damage the engine or have the exchanger fall off.
