I agree with Jim. What's up with all the people demanding water and food? Did they prepare? Obviously not! My parents are just now worrying about having enough fuel for their small generator. They might have to siphon gas out of one the cars they FILLED UP before the storm. Gasoline quantities aren't issues, it's "How do you get it out of the tanks without electricity?" I think the state might want to consider either requiring gas stations to have generators or subsidizing them.
