Best thing in NYC right now is JacK FM (101.1) No stupid DJs. True, they play a very eclectic mix. I mean, one night I was listening and they segued from Frank Sinatra into Metallica into Madonna. But it was all good stuff. I really like this format.
As far as rock goes...we also have WDHA over here in NJ. They have NEVER, EVER changed their format. Still playing the same stinky hair bands and grunge dudes as ever.
Worst station: WPLJ. I loathe Scott and Todd.
Best talk show on the drive home is Wendy Williams on WBLS. Once in a while she will read her listener's e-mails...just hysterical.
