I don't know if you noticed this from hurricane Katrina, but 99% of people are unable to help themselves, prepare, or not steal everything in sight. But 99% of people are able to blame others for their faults.

Lesson to be learned by this..........people would rather spend 6 days *****ing than 60 mins preparing for a massive destructive predicted weather event.
