What does that say about us as a society? Why do we all just collectively yawn when a black rapper does it? Have we just grown numb to it, or have we grown to expect it from them? We are certainly, at a societal level. no longer shocked by it. But let two little white girls try it...

Accepting as normal, or close to normal, substandard and unnacceptable behaviors from one group (in this case black rappers) can be argued as one of the most deeply-rooted forms of racism in our culture today. We hold these two little girls, and the white race as a whole, to a much higher standard. We, as a society, seem to expect more from them. Racism runs far deeper than most are willing to acknowledge.
