This is a used Allison XR-700 ignition (older version of the Crane/Allison Fireball). It appears to be all there looking at the "list of items included" in the installation instructions. $50 OBO as-is (sorry, I've got nothing running I could check it on)
Also, a NEW set of 2.0L plug wires.
