"It is the high speed airflow going under the car at around 80 MPH that creates a pressure drop under the car. Look up "Bernoulli's Principle". I am sure most people forgot their high school physics by now! Anyway, the two fans in the middle of the car create a high speed airflow under the car. This airflow holds the car to the wall using exactly the same negative force that makes any airplane fly. It is actually the still air in the room that is holding the Zero Gravity car to the wall."
Would it surprise anyone that air has a "viscosity"? The labs at MIT had proved that the flight of the Bubble Bee is theoretically impossible according to classic aerodynamic models. They then came back with the explaination - air has a certian "viscoisty" which has to be considered into the classic models. Bernoulli's Principle becomes more palitable if you consider this as well.
