I have the TPC kit on my 97 (all stock with a tip) but i never drove it without the supercharger so nothing to compare to but it seems to have great low end torque. i dont care for the big turbos on the street by the time they start making power its time to slow down but with this TPC kit the power is right there where you use it stop light to stop light. i live in denver (in the city) so to go fast on the interstate i would have to be atleast 15 miles out of town... and after all the track time i've had its not my thing to be driving much over 75 on public roads.
seemed simple enough to install but i did it with an engine swap. some of the pipes fit with about a quarter inch to spare (real tight) .
