Belgium is my guess...post 1840 and before 1870...since I can't determine the length of the barrels...I would say it is some kind of pocket pistol based solely on the fact that the triggers fold up and outa the way... It is a large Bore gun...that accepts shells...rimfire, centerfire, pinfire??? Also look for proof marks on the gun...
