Iron chef is pretty good. I like Alton Brown, his science behind the food and cooking is very helpful. Another great show is with Tyler Florence, great tips on improving everyday dishes.
My faves are Giada DeLaurentis (Everyday Italian). Although I dont cook italian much, shes just great to look at! Sandra Lee is good too.
Emeril and Rachal Ray just get on my nerves. Another good cook is Mike Colameco, on PBS. The shows only on on sundays though.
I really wish they would run Justin Wilsons shows again.
