Sometimes the 'treat' in Halloween comes from an unusual angle.
I was anchored in Avalon, Catalina last night. The shoreboat made the rounds to all of the yachts with all of the indigent kids from town. Most didn't speak English. We in the harbor had been alerted by the shoreboat drivers thru the day, and were stocked up for the gang. I guess the pickings in town were slim for them. Their parents were almost in tears, some of these kids had not laughed in a long time.
Same thing Rick. I was the one that felt treated.
