I have a kevlar disk in my race 914 and it chatters and such until it gets hot, then it's great. I also have a 3500# pressure plate and that is great too, except in stop and go traffic. The stock cables seem to be able to handle the extra load of the pressure plate. I remembered we also have a disk with the springs which halps to add a little shock absorbing to the instant when the clutch engages. Good luck.
