While you guys, the police, as well as myself believe that this was indeed a calculated attack on my house, I wonder if there is a possibility that it was just kids fooling around? Based on the variability between 1 and Sweet Mother of God force, and the lack of a force measurement device on said surgical rubber launchers, could it be they meant for a '1' and got a '10' instead?
Then again, given the size of the rock, and the fact that a brick was thrown into the house as an added measure, I still believe it was NOT a prank.
That said, we are going through the window /contractor selection process. Does anyone know how American Jewel window brand compares to Anderson windows? Any suggestions on a good window brand?
