Its a '57 Maserati 2000 GS Spyder that was in a concours I participated in a few months ago. I've seen it several times, but am always amazed by the little details.
One of 12 built, alloy bodied by Frua. A quite stunning car in person.
Incidentally, there was also a beautiful, covered headlight '57 250 California Spyder at the same event:
