rear subframe mounts are known to tear out. Check it closely. Also known to routinely eat window regulators (All new BMW thing) and they love lower control arm bushings. VANOS cam position sensor failures now and then as well.
Realistically, with the exception of the subframe, everything breaks in 30-50K intervals, and nothing too serious.
