I took mine, a craftsmen to my local sears to have this done. Asked a guy about it and he looked at me like I was nucking futz. Then he asked me what I was going to use it for "tightening lug nuts on a car" the guy said "that’s way overkill, just take a wrench and make sure there good and tight" Needless to say at that point I walked out of the store and haven't been back since.

That's crazy, he's a low paid employee at a place that sells decent tools, not a professional, knowledgeable wrench.

When my wife finds interesting little things at stores that are made of wood she always asks the sales people, "what kind of wood is this?" I keep telling her that's freakin' crazy. They make $7/hr. Even when they tell her, 9 times out of 10 they probably didn't know and have a default answer for anything made of wood.
