Steel case ammo safe for my gun?
I picked up some Wolf 40 s&w 180gr FMJ for my Sig 226. $8.99 a box I figured it was worth a try. I have shot Russian ammo through my AK and it was fine....dirty, but no duds of FTFs.
Are the steel cases of these shells bad for my gun? Worries me a bit that they will cause excess wear.
The CCI's I bought also appear to be steel case....
