It all depends on what you want to do with them. The P3-AT is designed as a backup gun and deep cover. You need a hot load to be really effective (like Corbon).
The P-11 is one of the lightest, smallest 10 shot 9mm's around. Again, it's designed for concealed carry. The drawback is a 14 oz gun has a lot of recoil. A rubber grip helps.
Kel-tec's are the "914" of guns. High performance, low cost, easy to work on and people tend to do thier own work. And they don't get much in the way of respect.
