That's the soundbite version of this - If you are (a) unable to be flexible enough to believe that you might be wrong and therefore be open-minded enough to change or (b) unwilling to take on a non-abrasive tone and therefore try to logically and calmly persuade others to your viewpoint, then I can see why PPOT would be frustrating and infuriating.
