I didn't know the acronym FUPA, so I checked the Urban Dictionary
FUPA
Acronym for "Fat Upper Pubic Area"; common misinterpretations include "Fat Upper P***y Area," "Fat Upper Penile Area" and "Farting Under Pelicans Asses." ...
Pelicans??

The energy value of a gallon of ethanol varies from 75,700 to 84,000 BTU. Gasoline varies between 118,000 to 125,000 Btu. This works out to ethanol being about 66% of gasoline, or meaning around 1-1/2 gallons of ethanol to do the work of 1 gallon of gas. Visable effect is that your MPG would decrease about 30%. (I rounded numbers)
