Upon inspection it looks like one of the bolts holding the rail down backed out 2 complete turns.........
It was enough that when there was vibration some fuel would spill out around the o-ring and pool on the head.
It looks like it hit a certain temp and it flashed...........
The good thing was that the fuel was not actively feeding the fire so it did not end up being that bad.
The lindsey rail uses only 2 bolts as opposed to the stock rail that uses 4. In retrospect I should of used loctite on those 2 bolts.
