My wife and I spent the weekend in the garage at the "new" house. We found a different house in town, had been looking for awhile and the requirements were basically a smaller house with a bigger garage!

The garage was floor to ceiling in cobwebs and dirt. The previous owner (elderly fellow) probably hadn't even been in the garage for a few years. It looks much better now.

We found a small fixer upper with a drive thru single attached garage and a double garage in the back. The back yard is also very large even with the garage so talk has already begun regarding an even bigger garage!

Yes, my wife is a keeper!!
