I just did mine and used the "neanderthal technique". I tried all the other methods with no luck and finally got pissed. I placed the rubber grommets into the master cylinder(removed)and pushed the resevoir lines into the grommets (lubed up), just like that, quick and dirty! It is amazing how some simple jobs on the 914 get so complicated.
