Just a suggestion, for the 4.5mm rollers use a couple of 4.5mm drills. This may be a little more difficult for you in the US (Still imperial), Though from what you say I don't think its the Intermediate gear.
First try measuring it with a new bearing shells if you are going to replace them, this is after all an 'as built' spec
