I just had a thought (yeah it happens some times).
Imagine we made every single person in the world the president of their own 1/4 lot. Then everyday a board of questioners questioned them on the way they cut there grass or opened their mail box. After day one hundred and something all these presidents just want to tell the questioners what they want to hear so they can live there lives. It would be impossible for everyone to agree on a way to do these simple tasks because they all have and WANT to have a individual personality. So they continue doing it their way but "lie" to the questioners so they are happy.
As a side note how many presidents would wage war against another in the first 30 secs?
