My neighbors just got the same trojan and Norton AntiVirus was unable to stop it. Their NAV was up to date and running, but this one slipped past. I tried to clean it, but got frustrated by their complete lack of initiative and told them to call Dell, since their PC is just a few months old and still under warranty. The Dell tech had them completely reinstall Windows. I'll stop be this weekend and see if they were able to save their data. They're completely clueless and their daughter spends all of her PC time on AIM, so that's probably where it came from.
