A ring of bright stars surrounds the yellowish nucleus of what was once a normal spiral galaxy in this image from the Hubble Space Telescope. The sparkling blue ring is 150,000 light-years in diameter, making it larger than our home galaxy, the Milky Way. The galaxy, known as AM 0644-741, is 300 million light-years away.
Does this mean they can watch our TV shows in 300 million years?
